Hm, so, no more housing quotas. That's nice.

I visited BCA today. So apparently Chris is going to ARML rather than NAQT. Hm.

It means as a first year, you may have a harder time getting into the house you want. :) Up till now, houses (excepting those where no first-years are allowed) had quotas on how many returning students they could hold. At least, that's how I understand it.
