Can't ever get it right

So it seems I picked the wrong games to bring home. Yesterday Kurt asks me if I have a game called Carcassonne. Actually he didn't want to play it - he was thinking about getting it and wanted my opinions on it. Then later Jasper comes and asks if I've ever played a game called Puerto Rico.

And here we did play Falsche Fuffziger over break!

Well, at least I should have much more time this quarter...

(Also, Youlian did not, in fact, bring Robo Rally.)

Today: first day of Diffey Queues, which Wai Lee is in. Also, Nic's name is now "Class".

Also first day of the second quarter of Algebra, which Nori is teaching. I came back to Tufts a bit past 3 which prompted Peter to ask if Nori went over, but in fact since Nori is going to be away on a few days, he's doing several 3/2-hour classes, of which today was one.

Apparently we're going to be doing lots of commutative algebra. We started today with basic Noetherianness stuff and the Hilbert Basis Theorem. Tomorrow apparently associated primes?

...I'm glad my other classes will probably be easy and that I have little left to do wrt grad school apps...

Unrelatedly, probably not the best medium for this, but does anyone know anything about Shuo's supposed visit today? I know nothing.
