So, first day of SHP. Unlike last year where the second-years went directly to class on the first day, this time they gave us our own assembly too, for what purpose, we don't know. "Yeah... I had an interesting talk planned... but, being the impulsive person I am, I just sort of threw it out last night, so instead I'm going to talk about general relativity." (Not exact quote. :P )
So, I am in fact in the "Experiments in Atomic and Nuclear Physics" class, which is strange, because I sent in my forms late and you'd have think something like that would have filled up quickly, but it didn't, so I'm in it along with Mike, Chris, and Jacob.
The teacher looks like Mr. Mendelsohn, and also sort of talks like Mr. Mendelsohn and has the same sense of humor as Mr. Mendelsohn. He doesn't try to seem evil like Mr. Mendelsohn, though. Although he did say, "I'm here to confuse you, so if at any point you're lost, good."
"Well, I don't have a PhD yet, so no, I'm not 'Dr. Erik', though I do have a master's, so I suppose you can call me Master Erik."
