The 1st LJ-cut
Jul. 24th, 2004 07:51 pmYaaay, Jon Chu gave me a list of all the acts! It's not chronological, but that's OK.
However, I have much better things to do with my time right now than write a long entry about the Talent Show. Well, I suppose I don't really, but I'm not going to do that right now. That's why this entry is titled the 1st LJ-cut. While I wasn't able to find my list, Dina also copied it down (although, it should be noted, not as accurately as I did :D ). Here's the list, as Dina copied it and I corrected it from my memory:
Wait, a note first. There's no HTML way to do double-underline (save for using Unicode combining chars, and do I really expect that to show up right for most people?), so I'll indicate that by bold underline instead. Also, the beginning "No" was up against the topleft corner, and so the double line surrounding it was only actually on the right and bottom sides. But anyway.
( The 1st LJ-cut )
Other stuff I forgot from last entry:
A while ago, I forgot to mention this at the time, when someone said that Fergie had to get a girlfriend (was it Josh?), Etienne replied, "He's trying, but she keeps on giving him problem sets." That's an, ah, interesting idea...
See a few days ago it seemed Fergie might have gotten back on Sherry's good side after he included a *non*-dirty joke in a problem set and got a smily-face sticker on it... not so. Sherry launched a surprise attack on him with Etienne's watergun. (That thing is *big*.) In revenge... well, first I should note about the poster.
Mung had a poster that was... ah... slightly pornographic... which he got in a magazine. He hung it on Fergie's door. Fergie has now taped it to his ceiling, but first he made sure to flash it at Sherry during lunch. That was the revenge mentioned above.
Well Fergie's turning in a problem set entirely in Japanese (none of the counselors can read Japanese; apparently Issao can speak it, but not read it), and his questioning of how she ever got to be a counselor after she failed to notice that a student of hers was assuming that 0a=0 in a proof of same, finally resulted in Sherry repeatedly punching and kicking Fergie (to no effect, obviously :P ) while shouting "I hate you! I hate you! I hate the fact that you're my student!".
Hm.
