Matt bought a giant Coke bottle from CVS.

It's used just like a normal soda bottle (ie for hitting people with), but it's much much bigger.

A few days ago, there was a bottle fight - Matt using the giant bottle, and Chris, Steve, and I using normal soda bottles - ie, number vs. weapon. Note the singular. The fact that Matt was *winning* most of the time just goes to show just how much of an advantage having a longer attack range is. Although at one point Steve managed to steal the giant bottle, and then Matt joined us against him. But then Matt got it back. It finally ended when some counselors told us to go bottle-fight outside so as to avoid hitting any of the pipes. We didn't, we got back to work instead.

I finished my write-up, except the miscellaneous (for non-PROMYSers: evil problems). I only stayed up till 2 last night. I had done all the rigor problems the day before, except for P9 (prove that every integer >1 has a prime factor), on which I gave up mid-way and finished on Sunday. I finally finished everything but the miscellaneous. Naturally enough, then, I started working on the miscellaneous - where by "working on" I mean "boggling cluelessly at". I never did bother to do them.

The division algorithm for Z[i] is on today's pset.

I have set my watch to UTC. (24-hour mode, obviously.)

I taught Chris how to play Alien City, but we didn't actually play.

The noun form of "concise" is "concision" and the noun form of "arbitrary" is "arbitrarity". This is true by obviosity. Right?
