Actuallz, no. That´s not the whole thing. Although you can´t say you´re "always" inconsistent. You´re inconsistent overall, but you´re not "always" inconsistent because not each statement you make/thing you do is inconsistent, and moreover you CAN´T be consistently inconsistent, since, well, that´s a contradiction (I think). AND also saying you´re "always" inconsistent is just a linguistic and logical contradiction in itself, and would essentially boil down to mean that you don´t exist.
Well, really, it doesn't make sense to say you're consistent or not at a given time. Consistency is a property of a set of things; a thing by itself, at a given time, can't be "consistent" or "inconsistent". You could say it's consistent or inconsistent with itself, but it has to be consistent with itself, otherwise we have big problems. So really, I suppose that should be "Over some intervals I am consistent, over others I am not. Therefore, over my entire life, I am inconsistent." Unfortunately that's more general than what I originally meant; still, I suppose you could see that as part of the reason.
But "Therefore over my entire life I am consistent" implies always because sometimes is not present, so you have the same problem. You cannot go from the consistent or inconsistent over certain intervals to inconsistent overall, you're still making the original statement.

Look, if I'm inconsistent over some interval, I am necessarily inconsistent over any superinterval thereof, right? QED. Saying "I am inconsistent over my entire life" does not mean "I am inconsistent at all times"; the latter statement is meaningless (see above). Remember, inconsistency applies to sets, not individual points.
