Wow! My shelves just keep filling no matter what I do!

So the context here is that we have several shelves full of books that were left here by previous residents and which we try to give away to anyone who visits. They've been pretty picked over by this point, but people still find ones to take... any new books we got would generally be property of one of us who actually lives here now, and thus would not get added to these particular shelves, unless the person who got it wanted to get rid of it!
