Against all my better judgement...

I let tons drive me home from GameMaster.
Yes, tons, Er*c Adl*r, Tupperware Boy.
Don't ask why.
Let me say that that was certainly the single scariest car ride I have ever been on. When somebody starts *racing* down Broadway - just because it happens to *become* a highway doesn't mean it *is* one right there! And I literally mean *racing*, with some other guy. Way over the speed limit.
Getting into the car was bad enough - there was so much junk in the back seat, Nick took the middle and I took the left, and we were squashed together - Matt sat in the front - once he got home, Nick moved to the front and I actually had some room.
When we first got in and were clearing the stuff over to the left, Toreun accidentally activated some machine started vibrating in an audible and disturbing way... tons said it was an air compressor... :-/
I don't even want to know what the strange vibration against my butt was - I'll accept tons's explanation that it was his brakes...
And his sudden start-stops as we finally approached my house...
*shudders*
At the beginning, the whole racing part, it was bad enough to make me curse quite rapidly - as Nick put it, normally I curse about once every 4 years? This was about 6 times in one minute.
There were other bad things, but I'm glad I don't remember them.
At least the infamous bump on Howard Ave wasn't nearly as bad as they made it out to be.
Nick: "When it says 'Bump ahead', that's a command: Bump a head!"
Nick says that tons is actually a good driver, which is why he *can* do things like this. Ha ha ha.
Please hit me repeatedly for ever doing this.
*shudders*
