Appendicitis lost!

Well, unfortunately, it seems that YouTube has taken it down for a Terms of Service violation. What that might be, I have no idea. And the person who actually recorded and edited and uploaded it was not Ingrid or Linda but the guy I didn't know named Paul who apparently none of them are really in contact with anymore, so none of us actually have a copy of the video anymore.
Well, I'm not giving up quite yet -- it still might be possible to find him; but good chance the whole thing is just lost...
