I feel like Warf when he kept jumping to different quantum realities...
In the current one, it seems:
- JediSquid is the Executive and owes us a State of the Nomic Address this
turn
(- There has never been an Executive or a State of the Nomic Address; nobody owes us one.)
- There is an Election this turn for the next Executive... the vote page
is up on the web site
(- There has never been an Election for the Executive, nor should there be one this turn.)
- The Coup was never void... all Coup rule changes except Breadman's
amendment to 108 took effect (I'll get the web site updated with these
later)
(- The Coup never happened. Nobody is a member of the Coup, nor have any of the changes it made ever happened.)
- pitboss, Catesby, Jef, and JediSquid are the four Tetrarchs and may
issue Edicts
(- There are no Tetrarchs. The Coup never happened.)
- Jef, pitboss, JediSquid, Catesby, Human, Breadman, Bluebottle, Rubric,
The Rules, and Looney are all Coup members and may make Coup Rule Changes
(- There is no Coup. Not even as a place to store chickens.)
- Trophies have existed since the rule was enacted
(- Trophies do not exist. Nobody has ever had a Trophy.)
Is that about right?
[Then we have the third possibility, which is that the whole round is in paradox and Catesby wins.]
We've done a bit of universe-jumping what with the recent RFJs, and we'll do a bit more at the end of the turn when we find out which Appeals have passed. I think the "Catesby wins" universe will turn out to be the right one. :P
In other news, no school today!
I spoke to Roger again today wrt the bridge project. He really doesn't seem to be able to help too much, but he did give me the book again, and the stuff in there on trusses, while still hard to understand, seems to be considerably easier to understand than the stuff on arches. We'll see if it helps at all.
Random quotage:
(15:10:51) [K]: Nooo bill gates is stealing my title
(15:11:00) [K]: of being really good at spinning things
(15:11:04) Sniffnoy: nooo!
(15:11:28) [K]: did you hear what he said recently?
(15:11:35) Sniffnoy: nope
(15:12:37) [K]: Basically, he said that "Windows is more secure because it has more virii"
(15:12:48) Sniffnoy: hehe
(15:12:49) [K]: He is right...
(15:12:54) [K]: Unfortunately
(15:13:48) Sniffnoy: oh, I thought you meant literally spinning things :)
(15:13:54) [K]: no
(15:13:55) [K]: lol
-Sniffnoy
...ouch! Don't end that entry just yet! Judge Looney has given us a *4th* possibility! (Actually, I think this replaces possibility 1 above.) All the stuff in possibility 1 above is true, there is a Coup, but there have never been any CRCs, and therefore no Tetrarchy.
