We've been playing under username "Atticus", I think maybe? I haven't played it by myself at all, or used the level editor... basically a few of us have been going through the levels, I've never been there for starting it up, though. I think "Atticus" because that's the name that appears on the scoreboard whenever we clear a level.
But the level design is great, how they manage to hide so much stuff in there and such neat physics puzzles - and the physics engine is awesome, obviously... you know what it really reminds me of? In a way it's really reminiscent of Sonic. I mean, it's clearly very different, but it's got the sprawling levels and tons of secrets, it's got the physics-based gameplay, and you've just got 2 simple things you can do - jump, and grab. I feel like I could recommend this to someone who's never played a platformer before, though I think Sonic is still slightly better in that respect. I love the puzzles though! (And, of course, because it's such a slower game than Sonic, co-op actually works...) Though the into/out-of-the-screen controls are quite frustrating...
Also we have yet to hook it up to the internet. Hopefully it doesn't do the same thing the Wii does.
Sounds like "Atticus" is your PS3's username, not the PSN user. Well, if you do end up on PSN, friend grenadier32. Perhaps we can play online.
I wonder if you could implement a Sonic-like vehicle, that clings to walls when moving fast. I've seen some pretty impressive things implemented, including slides, roller coasters, pinball machines and everything in the levels that come with it. I've even seen some music players and calculators.
