A post-election prediction

I predict that we will soon be hearing from the religious right, in response to Obama's acceptance speech, "OMG Obama intends to summon spirits!".

It was a hell of a speech, though.

(Now when are we going to start hearing about cabinet picks?)

Cabinet positions

Well, we've already started to hear some info about cabinet positions and other Presidential appointees. Rahm Emanuel was offered the Chief of Staff position: http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpunch/2008/11/obama-offers-ra.html

Unfortunately, for actual cabinet level positions the only data so far does not bode well for science and rationalisty:
