As for why I was taking Scrabble values of AIM names:

Each Player of Nomicron has a number associated with them. This Player Number is determined by the average of the value of the Scrabble tiles used to spell their Player Name.

...so, I wrote up a quick perl script to calculate Scrabble values so I could calculate people's Player Numbers. Then I started applying it to AIM names.

For the record, the people with the highest Player Numbers, assuming this passes, will be Fox and Jef, tied at 4+1/3.

In other news, it appears I can't go to the Princeton QB tournament because I'm taking the SAT II Writing that day. :(

And there is no locker 1729.

As in, the score it would be in Scrabble, if it were all one word consisting only of letters - and, for that matter, a word at all - and didn't hit any double/triple letter/word scores.

Hm... let's calculate it for you... !!

Both "Hardcore Meow" and "Omnipotent Meow" total up to 23! Eep! Kristen must be an AISB![0] ...but then, OTOH, "eraofmeow" totals up to 17. A double agent, perhaps? :)

Well, I don't think we did so well on the first KMO, but I don't recall our score. Other than that, there hasn't actually been anything yet.
