As for classes. I never found a 4th class, so, oh well. So I am taking more Civ (still Jonathan Lyon), Theory of Algorithms (hooray for pseudocode), and Commutative Algebra (what looks to be an actual hard class after the easy classes of last quarter). I came across Steve Balady yesterday in the tea room, looking through Dummit & Foote. He said, he was reading up on homological algebra; it is, after all, commutative algebra, so Murthy might decide to spring some on us for all we know.
Meanwhile, house elections have now come and gone. Aaron decided not to run for president, leaving Colin as the only candidate. Eve continued as Vice President, and Aaron took over as secretary. We didn't really bother with the rest.
