A multipart entry with very short parts

sniffnoyPart 1. Goddammit, There's Fucking Two of 'Em!
A bit late, I know. But I didn't get much of a chance to write anything Thursday night.
Part 2. Swiftly and without warning!
So Friday night - this was about 3 in the morning - Nick IMs me and says, he's coming up this weekend, how about we drive up to Vassar and pay Mickey a visit? So, yay, going up to Vassar on next to zero notice. My parents were surprisingly OK with it, presumably because it was far enough in advance that it wouldn't affect dinner. :P However it wasn't nearly as eventful as my last visit[0] and I don't actually have much to say about it, other than finding out that Amanda, Mickey's girlfriend, absolutely hates bell peppers, which of course reminds me of this old YTMND... oh, and No Thanks! is actually really cool.
Part 3. Omitted
The intended part 3 is actually pretty long, and that would make the title false. So I've omitted it.
ADDENDUM: Part 4. As for Elana
I forgot this part when I wrote this down last night. What has happened with Elana is exactly as expected - she's getting used to it there, and probably realizing that judging anything by the first two weeks or so is not a good idea. My parents have put away all the college books, SFAICT.
