Algebra (well, this was yesterday): So we're doing representation theory now, yay.

Bio: Why the hell did I sign up for a 9 AM bio class?! I think I'm going to switch out of this...

Algebraic topology: Oh boy, this is going to be a mess. The teacher both really disorganized *and* bumbling. He really didn't seem to know where he wanted to go with this initial lecture, and I get the idea anyone not already knowing some stuff about algebraic topology was probably really confused for the initial segment of the class. To make things worse, he would constantly make small mistakes, like getting his function compositions backwards, or, really awful, mixing up "homomorphism" and "homeomorphism".

Soc: What? We're actually going to have to work this quarter?! We're going to have to write an essay every week?! And Boy Alex really is switching into our section?! And the teacher said that all the people trying to switch actually were going to get in?! ... not good.

What he said we were going to be using was fundamental group and homology groups. After class Big-Haired Steve asked him, "What, no cohomology?" and he said we'll see if we get to that.
