Nonsense:

Sense:

New Jersey has five municipal designations: city, borough, town, township and village, in order of descending urbanization.

Nonsense:

Some towns try to take all of the pie. The full name of Verona is the Township of the Borough of Verona Village.

Happy New Year and all that.
