Easy algebra homework
Sep. 29th, 2006 03:29 pmYay. The first algebra pset was so easy that I did it immediately. Unfortunately, this presents me with what may be a greater challenge: Not losing it for an entire week.
Also, there was the problem: Given a group H where a²=e ∀a, with H finite and order not equal to 2, then the product of all elements of H is the identity. I wanted to just use linear algebra to classify all such groups and solve the problem all at once, but I figured that would be very much not allowed, so I did it by induction instead. :D
