Some time ago I made some entries about making some slight modifications to the lists of people being used in the housing lottery. Naturally these are protected entries, but at the time I was a bit paranoid and restricted them even further. Well, I've decided that's unnecessary (it's not even something I would have gotten in any real trouble for anyway, or so I think... but I certainly won't now, regardless), so the security has been lifted to just protected.

March 31st - List Insertion
April 3rd - Numbered List Insertion
April 28th - List Insertion 2
May 2nd - The inserted name
