Phone messages

sniffnoyHaving received several phone messages recently I thought I should make this clear:
Just because I have a cellphone number listed on Facebook, that doesn't mean it's a good way to get in contact with me. The phone is kept off the vast majority of the time, so you'll almost certainly be leaving a message. When will I listen to this message? If you're lucky, within a few days. More likely within a few weeks. Possibly a few months if I'm feeling especially lazy. If you want to leave a message, email me, and if you want to speak to me, IM me or speak to me in person. Of course, I don't use instant messaging much anymore, so if you can't speak to me in person, your best bet is to email me. (Alternatively use Facebook or LJ, but preferably email.)
