sniffnoyGah. So I made the switch last night. Both copies on the bulletin board. Today, about 15 minutes to the lottery, I see Bill come into the lounge to prepare. He takes the list from the board - he's actually going to use it! Yes!
Only, it turns out it's Matt who's reading off the names, and he doesn't take the list from Bill, or even the other copy on the bulletin board, he uses his own copy. So the plan is foiled. Blech.
