As anticipated -- the "Spelling elements with elements" update

Well, the names Flerovium (Fl) and Livermorium (Lv) are now official, so it's time for (as mentioned earlier) the first ever update to my spelling elements with elements file. To repeat the earlier entry, it is now possible to spell "silver" as SiLvEr, or SILvEr.

The set of elements that can be spelled with elements that can be spelled with elements remains empty.
