Randomization and other things
Apr. 7th, 2008 08:11 pmActually, I think most of the other things I will leave for other entries. So, this year's randomization.
Third-years - Marissa, Summer, me. Then Laura. Then the second-years, nearly all of whom are leaving. Then the first-years.
So of course the question is, who's getting screwed over? Jack and Sarah are staying for next year, but next year they're taking one of the swing rooms, so there's one less single available, for a total of 21. Because the list got written on the chalkboard, for a time there were names being crossed off or checkmarked on the board itself, but that is now gone, having been erased for some math homework.
Notably, Mike and Nick were both, at last count, below the line. "They're probably going to room together. They've got some sort of pact or something." It's also been suggested that Audrey could be pulled in by Jo.
Naturally the suggestion occurred quickly that the list of people not crossed out could be a kill list for anyone near the end. And with some people planning an Assassins game, Winston suggested that your place in the lottery should be connected to how you do at Assassins. Unfortunately, I don't think Housing would approve...
Unrelatedly, as the randomization was taking place, Sasha walked into the middle of the lounge with a dirty sock stuffed in her mouth and a giant smile on her face. We actually pulled it directly out of her mouth...
