So the summary of the current TANSTAAFL situation seems to be: It's closed. Nobody quite knows why. This was definitely not authorized by PTC. Kelvin is nowhere to be found. Presumably he told his employees that story about PTC closing it down.

So, we can still blame this on Kelvin, but because he's really not doing his job at all, not because he didn't fix the cheese sticks and PTC closed it down.
