So I was going to look at our math final (because Mr. Sally wants us to do the whole thing over break), and I found that on Wei's page (Wei is the TA and grader, and also he who puts the homework online), beneath the link for the Final Exam, was another called "Final Exam Scores and Comments". First it had some statistics about how people scored, and then it had this:

Some comments:
(1) The Fermat's last theorem was proved by Andrew Wiles, not Andre Weil.
(2) It is the Pigeonhole Principle, not principal.
(3) If one of the questions appeared on another final you took, the situation does not seem ironic to me. Somebody tell me the irony in this.
(4) Only maybe 5 people in the class remembered how to integrate. If the integral is 0, is the function OBVIOUSLY zero? Do learn how to integrate if you have forgotten.

For some reason I just find this very funny. Especially comment number 3. And I'm very much wondering where anyone would have invoked Fermat's last theorem on the final...

Or perhaps an 18-coal hoarse, but that's not really a noun.
