Scores and Levels
Feb. 25th, 2004 05:52 pm126½. Exactly the same score as last time. 19 right, 1 wrong, 5 blank. 126½+9½ε really, I suppose - hey! That's even the same score as last time with epsilons! Sheesh...
Most people said this one was harder. Still no perfect scores. Question 25 was actually taken from an old AIME. Really.
Since it was Wednesday, I didn't hang out in Mr. Holbrook's room that long, as there were no classes for me to skip. :D
Since Ben kept bugging me to bring it, I finally brought Munchkin[0] to school. Surprisingly enough[3], I actually got a game started with quite a few people - me, Ben, Eric Kim, Rajesh, Asaf, and Emily who was replaced by Ryan. Later we decided to let Mike join. We also had Jon and Dave watching - I'm surprised Dave didn't join considering we decided to let Mike join and how often he said "I love this game!", but maybe he just realized there were too many people already, or perhaps he was just being honest since he had seen all of our hands. :P Of course this was too many people for the game to proceed at any reasonable speed, and despite the enormous amount of free time we all had as a result of it being Wednesday, by the time we had to go to Projects[4], nobody was above level 4. Still, it was a great game, and Asaf insists I continue to bring it. I certainly will.
The right zipper on my backpack is now totally broken. Thankfully I can still use the left one.

[0]Gah, why do I keep typing that as "Munchking"?
[3]Since a large majority of the boardgamers at our school were seniors last year and have now graduated. Don't even get me started on that rant.
[4]Yay we're actually making progress in Projects now!
