Hm, I meant to make an entry yesterday, but I never got the chance. Hence, compressification.
The title quote is from Mr. Dr. Crane. ...Is there anything else I'm going to say about chemistry? No.
Another random quote: "The devil?! I'm not the devil... yet." - Mr. Sokolewicz
Mr. Sokolewicz came late to class today, so as soon as he walked in, Tammer said, "Guess what you just became?". Unfortunately, he didn't hear him.
Yesterday was the first day of PCS. Dr. DeWitt talked quite a bit about how he's made it considerably easier over the years; originally students had to write 8 papers, now they only have to write 3. And we're not going to be having him for senior bio. I get the distinct feeling this does *not* mean we should not be scared.
Magister Guderian is having us read a Latin translation of Peter Rabbit.
In a continuation of his summer reading, Mr. Dr. Crane is running a project, "People Believe the Darndest Things". I signed up for it.
Second day of EDD. I spent it using West Point Bridge Designer to make some really obvious bridges that anyone can come up with.
Anand is going around letting teachers pronounce the second a in his name like the 'a' in "ran".
Oh yeah... two days ago I saw, in our backyard, a groundhog in a tree. Now, groundhogs there are nothing unusual, but I'd never seen one in a tree before. It constantly looked like it was going to fall off, it was so fat and on such a thin branch. It didn't, though - well, actually, when it finally tried to climb down, it did. Oh well.
And I have finally updated my YOTO file for the first time since PROMYS started. Yay.
You know, my Tuesday and Friday schedules are *exactly the same*. _Exactly_.
Hm... nothing else I can think of right now.

very wasteful. How true that is."
