Wherein Harry half-cuts school

sniffnoyIt happened a while ago that some people tried to organize a Senior Cut Day. It failed quite miserably. Only a few people ever seemed to be telling people about it.
Recently, people tried to organize one again, for this Monday. This time, though, it seemed to me that it would actually work; I actually heard lots of people telling about it.
I forgot to tell my parents, though, and figured "Oh well, I'll go to school anyway."
Well, when I woke up that day I found myself not feeling too well - not exactly *sick*, but with the combination of the bad cold and having gotten just about no sleep the night before, it was decided that I would come in late that day. Later I thought to actually tell my parents about the Senior Cut Day, and so I ended up not going in at all.
So, today I come in and find out, that, in fact, very few people actually cut. You would think, for instance, that Karol, or Mike Park, or Rajesh would have cut, but they didn't. The only other people that I actually know were not in school yesterday were Mike Baumstein, Jacob, and Choketsu - the first two because they, too, were sick, and Choketsu for something having to do with the INS.
I think next time there's a Senior Cut Day, I'll just come to school.
...which was kind of what I was planning to do anyway.
