There's a general way of splicing them together which I'm sure you can look up, though apparently you need a .bin rom. But it's not S1&K that gets us these - we already have the normal passwords, which are really the important ones, of course, it's the purple passwords we're looking for. To find a purple password, you have to lock something else to S&K and get a perfect on the level that comes up - write down that password, then go back to S1&K, plug it in, and hit up to see the level number (not the stage number), write that down too. Also note whether or not you used the level number given there (1-indexed) or subtracted 1 from it (I subtract 1 from them so it's 0-indexed, and also as that's what's actually used to make the passwords (of course it's equivalent, but the password is made from bits of n-1 and n+0x1234566; if we let m=n-1, then it's the bits of m and of m+0x1234567, which makes a bit more sense)) to avoid confusion.
