IanSTAAFL in TANSTAAFL

So apparently what happened was, Ian went to PTC and said, hey, nobody's using TANSTAAFL, can I use it? And PTC gave him license to do so. It's not TANSTAAFL, though - PTC's not paying for it, they're not getting any of the money from it - it's just Ian's own private business, but located in TANSTAAFL.
