So the pianos were switched back.

Apparently Thompson and Shorey *do* have pianos, but they're in the study lounges rather than in the lounges.

Nomicron Round 6 started a few weeks back, but I'm not playing this round.

Yay, I got the Sheriff trophy! Stayed up till 6 last night getting it.

Oy oy oy. Ian just went and created a facebook group for those who were born by C-section. I think this deserves a "???".

More interhouse fighting

So last night, some people went and switched our out of tune, having-keys-that-don't-work, puked-on-last-year piano and actually stuck it in the elevator and switched it with Henderson's. All day today people have been just going and playing the piano to hear it actually sound right. (Obviously, I can't tell the difference. :P ) Needless to say, the Henderson people are pretty annoyed, and this is definitely going to come up at Pierce Tower Council. Jim was suggesting that there we can actually justify that we should have it, as the pianos belong to the dorm, not the houses, and are supposed to rotate every year, while we've had this one for 2. However, Thompson and Shorey don't actually have pianos at all, so this would probably result in neither us nor Henderson having a piano. Jim suggests that should that fail, we should just declare war on Henderson. (Doug replies that we are already *at* war with them.) Our house constitution actually does have provisions for war, sort of; it was just copied out of the US constitution which really isn't too specific on the matters. However, it appears that Sean, being house president, would be commander in chief not only of our army but of our navy as well.

Also, some fish were recently found behind a couch in Shorey, stinking up their lounge... I don't think I'm really at liberty to say any more about it right now, though.
