Well, not quite - he still needs to account for the addition of The Rules as an active player, and for the Teleportation that was cast earlier, and for the fact that mmessano has finally gone fully inactive. Nakor didn't vote on any proposals this turn, it appears this means that Breadman really is going to be stuck with 2 additional officerships unless someone else takes them off of him. Well, I'm sure when Breadman sends out his Effectively-an-Officer's Report, JediSquid will update again.
