Math club elections
Jun. 5th, 2008 04:50 pmSo looks like I missed the math club elections. Here's the whole of the email Sam Raskin sent out about it afterwards:
"Katie and Youlian settled their differences honorably, and decided to co-lead the club next year."
So...
1. So does this mean no actual election happened?
2. Who's Katie?
3. Aren't we supposed to also have a Vice President, and at least also a Treasurer or something? I know Jack used to be VP.
4. This doesn't have to do with this in particular, but - how is it that the barbeque has been organized this year and last year, despite the math club not otherwise actually doing anything? Is there some group of people that meets every year to organize the barbeque without telling anyone?
